1 Pack of ODDPODS Chana Dal
2tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1tsp Lemon Juice
1tbsp Maple syrup
1 Pear, sliced into eight wedges, skin on
2 Celery sticks, cut into 1cm dice
10 Cherry tomatoes on the vine
1 Large red chilli, finely sliced into rings
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a roasting tin, mix the balsamic vinegar, agave nectar, lemon juice, tomatoes and pears. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
3. Move the tomatoes aside, add the ODDPODS Chana Dal, celery and 2tbsp water. Return the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Serve with walnuts and fresh chilli for garnish.
