1 pack of ODDPODS Gungo Split Peas
1tsp vegetable or sunflower oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
2 Large tomatoes, roughly chopped
1tsp of chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin
½tsp Ground turmeric
50g Fresh coriander, finely chopped
1. In a saucepan, on a medium heat, sweat the onions and 1 chilli in the vegetable oil.
2. Add the spices, tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the ODDPODS Gungo Split Peas and water. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
4. Serve with fresh coriander.
