The STORY of the BROWN LENTIL

The open prairies of Canada are famed for producing the most delicious brown lentils, so it's here we choose to grow and harvest our own. We begin by splitting and de-husking red lentils, before picking out the best in size and colour and using them to produce our earthy, wholesome Brown Lentils.
